THE AHA / 01

Let the car do the talking.

THE FRICTION

The services are there, but paragraphs and the bright frame compete for attention.

THE DESIGN MOVE

A calmer frame puts detailing, rust protection and the appointment action in one easy-to-scan opening.

New Way Upholstery

THE AHA / 02

Good craft deserves a closer look.

THE FRICTION

The room sets a mood, but the service and first step take a little more searching.

THE DESIGN MOVE

Fabric, furniture and Toronto upholstery lead the story, with a proposed photo-for-an-estimate action right beside them.

PMC Greenscapes

Landscaping & garden care

02 / AFTERAn original new direction
THE AHA / 03

Show the place people want to spend time.

THE FRICTION

The entrance photo introduces construction, but gives the wider garden story less room.

THE DESIGN MOVE

An outdoor living scene leads into a clearer service overview and project inquiry. The owner would confirm the final service range.

Bathurst & Finch Shoe Repair

Shoe & leather repairs

THE AHA / 04

Give the repair craft centre stage.

THE FRICTION

The shop name gets the spotlight; the reasons to bring in a favourite pair are less immediate.

THE DESIGN MOVE

Leather detail, the repair message and Bathurst & Finch location work together, with a clear invitation to call.

Mayfair Drapery & Rug Company

THE AHA / 05

One room. One clear invitation.

THE FRICTION

Several images and service routes ask the visitor to decide where to look first.

THE DESIGN MOVE

One coherent room scene introduces drapery, blinds and shutters, then brings the existing consultation offer into focus.

Experts Piano Moving

Piano moving & disposal

Experts Piano Moving unsolicited opening-section concept; imagery illustrative
THE AHA / 06

Say the job before the slogan.

THE FRICTION

“Quality redefined” creates atmosphere, but doesn’t immediately explain the specialist service.

THE DESIGN MOVE

Piano moving and disposal are named upfront, with a calmer scene and useful context for requesting an estimate.

The Appliance Man

Appliance repair & maintenance

THE AHA / 07

Keep the good part. Make the rest clearer.

THE FRICTION

The existing call action already works. The opportunity is a more focused service story around it.

THE DESIGN MOVE

The concept keeps calling prominent and makes refrigerators, washers and dryers easier to spot. A clearer opening, without inventing a broken contact route.

The Potty Planter Florist

Flowers, arrangements & custom orders

The Potty Planter Florist unsolicited opening-section concept; imagery illustrative
THE AHA / 08

Let the flowers lead. Keep the shop working.

THE FRICTION

The catalogue does its job, but products and navigation compete to make the first impression.

THE DESIGN MOVE

One arrangement creates the opening focus, while “Explore flowers” leads back to the existing shop. A proposed new welcome, with shopping continuity preserved.

Paw Pals Grooming

All-breed dog grooming

Paw Pals Grooming unsolicited opening-section concept; imagery illustrative
THE AHA / 09

Make the visit feel easy to picture.

THE FRICTION

The grooming information is available, but the opening has several competing things to explain.

THE DESIGN MOVE

One dog portrait, all-breed grooming, South Etobicoke and a call-to-arrange-an-appointment action make the introduction easier to take in.

WHAT THE UPGRADE IS REALLY DOING

Good looks.
With a job to do.

A new look matters. A clear message and an obvious next step give that look a job.

Perma-Shine concept · illustrative imagery

01

Say what you do.

The headline and service description introduce the business without making visitors decode a general slogan.

02

Show a fitting direction.

Photography, typography and layout work together around the business category. Your approved photos or agreed licensed imagery replace illustrative images before launch.

03

Make the next step clear.

Call, request an estimate or explore the service. The contact route is agreed and checked during the build.

  • Five sections
  • Desktop + mobile
  • Copy + approved imagery
  • One polish round
  • Ownership + handoff

A few things you might be wondering.

What’s included in the CAD $1,499 homepage?

One homepage with five sections, up to 650 words and six approved photos, plus your agreed contact route. One polish round refines the approved direction; implementation defects are corrected separately. Extra pages, a new design direction, ecommerce and integrations need a separate quote. No required monthly plan.

What do I get for free?

A proposed opening section for your existing homepage: a first look at the headline, visual direction and next step. I check the fit first. It’s a concept to help you decide, not a full homepage or a live build. No payment or commitment to buy.

When will I see the preview—and the finished page?

I confirm fit and preview timing by email. If you decide to go ahead, we agree a delivery schedule before payment, based on platform access, approved content and the work involved.

What if I want changes?

You choose whether to proceed after seeing the preview. The paid homepage includes one polish round on the approved direction. A new direction or extra scope is quoted separately; implementation defects are corrected separately from that round.

Can you use my current website—and do I own the result?

I check your platform and access before quoting the final scope. The CAD $1,499 offer includes ownership and handoff of the agreed homepage after final payment. We confirm the handoff format and any third-party licences before you pay. Hosting and domain costs are separate; there’s no required monthly plan.
